Webinar on Perthes Disease

Professor Dan Perry is a Consultant Children’s Orthopaedic Surgeon funded by the UK National Institute of Health Research (NIHR). He performs surgery at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and is the Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery in Liverpool. His clinical focus is in paediatric hip diseases and trauma – with Perthes’ disease as a key interests. Perthes’ Disease was the topic of his PhD thesis, and for this work he won a prestigious “Hunterian Professorship” from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He now leads research throughout the UK into Children’s Orthopaedic Disease.
