Unfortunately, due to current circumstances and the Covid-19 pandemic, Steps Charity Worldwide are unable to support any applications for car seat grants via the Clare Furmedge Fund at this time. We will of course let our users know as soon as we are able to reinstate this grant as soon as we are able to. In the meantime, you are able to contact our partner directly who will be able to assist with you with any Hip Spica care seats and other equipment needs.
- In Car Safety Centre, you can purchase a seat to rent for £265* that has been specifically adapted and tested to be safe for toddlers in hip spica:
*£75 will be refunded if the seat is returned in excellent condition after 4 months rental.
